If you are in crisis, feel distressed or are perhaps thinking of suicide, we can give you the time and space to talk about your feelings, help you explore your options and perhaps seek a way to face the future.   Our trained volunteers are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year.

Our service is confidential and you can remain anonymous if you wish.  We do not judge and we do not offer advice.  We feel that talking to one of our caring volunteers is a valuable way of dealing with those feelings of distress that so many of us experience from time to time.   We are not a religious organisation.
